Story behind the song
This is the listing that was on TAXI and that is why I did this particular song----just to try to match the listing----and it worked. I got it forwarded, now if they will just place it somewhere. EXPERIMENTAL SOUNDING ELECTRONIC/HIP HOP INSTRUMENTALS in the style of Lunice, Rustie, Hudson Mohawke, etc., to pitch to a TOP TELEVISION SERIES on a MAJOR network. Quoting the Publisher: "Tracks need to have that underground, hipster electronic/Hip Hop sound similar to the referenced artists I gave you." The key here is nailing the CURRENT and CONTEMPORARY INDIE-ELECTRO sound. Full-lenth tracks that are at least 2 minutes long are recommended, and the easier they are to edit, the better! Instrumentation must sound similar to the referenced artists. As always, do NOT copy or rip off the referenced artists or their music in any way, shape, or form! NO SAMPLES of other SONGS or artists can be incorporated into your track. You must own or control 100% of the Master and Composition rights to submit for this listing. This is an exclusive deal, with a 6-month reversion if they don't place your song in that time frame. You'll keep 100% of the writer's share, the publisher gets 100% the publisher's share, and you'll split the sync fee 50/50. Broadcast Quality is needed (excellent home recordings are fine)
