Here is my story, the short version, i grew up on the west side of Pine Hills off balboa dr. (Orlando) i fell in love with Hip Hop when was about 11 when i heard the song "regulators" by Nate Dogg and Warren G. I listened to Hip hop before then, but was too young to appreciate it. When i was about 12 or 13 i started to write poetry, eventually used that poetry with music in the background which grew to become Hip Hop. I recorded my first single at 15 "Souljah" (way before i knew about SFR 24/7) and grew impatient with producers who were not on point with their beats, so i downloaded a program call FL studio and taught myself how to make beats (long fucking process). By the time i was 17 1/2, i was kicked out of my mothers house and was almost forced to sell drugs to survive. I got myself a cheap spot and trapped hard so i could afford studio equipment, slowly but surely i built my studio. By age 19 i had finished recording what i thought would be my debut album, and was passing out cd's everywhere just knowing i would be famous, (not knowing mixtapes were the back door, so little did i know back then). One day i came bacc to my house and noticed that all of my studio equipment got stolen.
It wasn't until i went to jail and lost all my cars, money, houses, and the most important thing in my life, MY NEW DAUGHTER! Then i finally woke up while incarcerated and realized what i had been missing, MY MUSIC! I made a promise to myself and God that if he got me out of this impossible situation (due to the charges) i would never sell another drug a day in my life. What do you know, i get a surprise court date (i was on no bond status) where my lawyer explained to me that the evidence is futile.
I got out, changed my number that day, not knowing how i would survive just knowing it wouldn't be by selling drugs, I slowly built back up my studio. I have found a way through hard word and a legal grind to completely turn my life around and focus %1000 of my time on music, networking, and business. If that is not an inspiration for the people to stop dealing in the streets and do the same thing, i dont know what is.
