Rock, pop, country and contemporary Christian is my current aim, though my style can range from soft ballads to heavy metal.
Brief history: I've been writing songs since 1978, spanning various genres. Most tend to fall into the pop/adult contemporary category. For the past several years, I've turned my focus more to Contemporary Christian music; it's what I enjoy listening to, and it gives my music some real meaning and purpose ... at least to me ... and hopefully to those who listen to it. Looking back now, I see religious connotations in some of my older material, as well.

Lyrics
Here’s a man With thorns in his head For sharing his love He suffered and bled Here’s a man With nails in his hands What was his crime? I don’t understand CHORUS: Please forgive us, I know we’re your lambs Who have strayed far from your land But still, you hold out your hands Ready to bring us home again Turnaround Here’s a man Who showed us the way And taught us the good Then died for our sakes Here’s a man Who rose from the grave And gave us the faith That we can be saved CHORUS 2: Please forgive us for what we have done You see, we banished your Holy Son But still, you hold out your hands Willing to bring us home again BRIDGE: We don’t deserve this Your kindness and forgiveness Your sacrifice and goodness And cleansing of our sins (Repeat) Here’s a man Who rose from the dead What more … needs to be said
