Perverted, retarded,immature,sexy,gay,assholes, and many other words describe the band Grand-Tour. Take a listen and you'll hear why they are described as such. Formed in 2001 the original line-up quickly faded but then in the summer of 2002 the band was launched to what it was today. Brent Thorsen joined Grant Geiger and Travis Newell to start G-T from scratch. Grant did guitar and vocals, Travis did the drums, and Brent did the bass. After practicing for a year they finally did a show. Two weeks after the show Brent said he had lost intrest and quit. In July of 2003 Eric Haffeman joined the mad-loving fun of Grand-Tour. After practicing a month with Eric, we decided to do our first show. We played a going away party and people liked us it was cool. Since then weve played 16 shows. Our biggest highlight yet was playing with the awesome HeWhoCorrupts from chicagoland. Right now we are in the process of finishing up recording our demo so be on the look out for it soon. As for now, nothing seems to be stoping Grand-Tour anytime soon.

Story behind the song
This song has politically enfuesed verses with emo-pop-punk choruses. It basically sums up grand-tour. There is a funny story behind this song too. People think that we stole this from MidTown but we didnt. When Eric and I wrote this song we had never even heard or listend to MidTown. So after we played it for the first lots of people said we stole it but if you listen to the songs all that is similar is the way it is arranged. Its fuckin weird how they are arranged in the same way since we never did listen to that song before we made this. Plus our lyrics and chords are different than the MidTown song so really its nothing bad at all. Yeah and thats about it for this song.
