Paul Dean was born and raised in Acres Homes, Houston, Texas. His mother sung in gospel choirs and sometimes made Paul and his two brothers and two sisters sing for the church. At the time, Paul had very little interest in performing but was an avid radio listener. It wasn’t until the summer after his senior year of high school that Paul took a deeper interest in recording and freestyling. Because of his mother’s devout spirituality, Paul grew fond of the Bible and the knowledge it held. This influence carried over into Paul’s lyrics and music. He often refrences God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit. Paul has a style that is unique yet attractive. He has the ability to sing his hooks and deliver his lyrics effortlessly. All this together makes for a versatile artist with unlimited potential.
