Story behind the song
I was noodling and the idea just kind of gelled -- after the first 80% of it was done my wife commented that the three note theme that begins each section reminded her of The Beatles' "Yesterday" so I added the last section as a little tribute and named the tune "I Nehinei." The guitar is a Taylor 714CE. Note: This song was remixed and updated in September, 2004 to remove some of the reverb and harshness in the original. Tuning: Taro Patch (DGDGBD)
