This song was a collaboration between myself and long time friend (Kenney Daina a.k.a "Kennexx") With support from artist such as JMC and Evan Mack, and our Producer Jason Shaffer.
After several phone conversations with Kenney Daina, and Jordan Coulson, We had agreed to move forward with the concept of delivering positive, motivational music that would appeal to both todays youth and their parents. I sat down with Kenney and revealed to him the instrumental I had been working on for the song, the chorus and the lyrics that I'd be rapping. I then asked him if he would like to be featured on the track. Quickly he replied yes and I let him take a sample of the instrumental with him to work on his verses. Since Kenney is a guest on the track I allowed him the opportunity of having the 1st verse. Alternating, he would have 3rd and I would be rapping the 2nd and finally the 4th verse. I also agreed to do the first two chorus's and he would do the remaining two. When he had finished writing his lines we set another meeting up at a local restaurant on Route 30 in Chambersburg PA, called "Benny's". I reviewed what he had written down and began to discuss setting up studio time with Jason Shaffer of Full Tilt Productions. After a few sessions the song was complete and ready to be released.
