The email correspondence with David di Pietro, the emails to lawyers at Conrad Scherer, and the email to Nina Weatherly are below.
The emails were sent because a young woman was severely suffering and an honest answer to a question might have alleviated some of her terror and pain.
Not one person named here, not one person who knows about this site - named here, related to anyone named here, or who knows anyone named here, not one person at all - though it has been discovered that they are very aware of this site as well as other sites with similar information - has ever contacted this site or anyone involved in it to say it's all a mistake, it's all a misunderstanding, or that it's libel or slander and they'll sue, no one asked or demanded for the site to come down, and of course no one dares (no one has courage, compassion, or humanity) to apologize for their horrific, criminal, destructive, damaging behavior so that this all might come to a positive end. Why would lawyers who know about all the public conversations about their illegal, subhuman behavior stay away from confrontation? Because they are disgusting cowards, terrified of being questioned and confronted themselves. If they make assertions or demands, they will be questioned - with so much evidence and so many facts. They can't handle that. Their choice - other than causing severe distress, anxiety, illness, and almost death, is to keep quiet at all costs - as if that would save them - and to continue to be malicious, to cause destruction, and to engage in illegalities. That was the decision made: Keep quiet, even if confronted. This will be their downfall.
David Di Pietro's criminal behavior sent someone to the Emergency Room during the summer of 2011. This is because she found out about his crimes. It is on record, as is almost the next year of doctors' visits. Berki De Los Santos Alvarez, who for years has been hiding David di Pietro's illegal behavior, mostly in order to hide her knowledge of it, and has been documented in doing so, was included in harming this person.
In 2012 and 2013, he caused another woman to have several severe nervous breakdowns after his crimes against her. She is still not healthy. Julie Beth Schwartz Karron (Julie Schwartz Todd Schwartz Tregerman Schwartz Karron Schwartz), someone who is known for serious lack of judgment; for shaky to nonexistent ethics; for rationalizing her own abhorrent behavior while convincing herself and trying to convince others that the victims are to be blamed; and for questionable and cruel behavior helped David di Pietro with this. It is recorded. There are witnesses.
Throughout 2014, someone who seems to be connected to this stupidly, blatantly, drugged up and drunkenly showed that the hacking and audio recording was still going on.
David Di Pietro's sick behavior also led one woman to call 911 in January of 2015, since he left her unable to breathe and in need of medical assistance. This, too, is of course documented. His cruel partner Alexis Brown-Gelb seemed to be instrumental in this one.
He threatens people in his life, terrifying them to extremes - who knows what the outcome will be? He is afraid and tries to manipulate others. He speaks of his gun.
2016 will clearly show who he is, as those close to him know, and not who he tries to pretend to be. It's not so difficult to discover.
Oh, why does he do this?
Oh, how does he get these people to be part of this?
How are so many involved?
In order to cover up their own knowledge, their own crimes, their own personal illegal behavior that they learned about and use in their private lives?
To act as puppets in order make sure no one publicly calls them out?
Just continuing what they've learned and done for years?
Afraid of being disbarred, publicly shamed, or jailed?
Zero moral compass?
No compassion?

The information on this site only tells a fraction of David Di Pietro's current and long running abhorrent behavior. This site exists to begin a conversation...
He breaks into cars and homes (with help, when he finds it necessary), he hacks into computers and e-mails (with and without help), he watches and listens to young women, children, lawyers and judges through electronic means. Others know about this. Others are involved. This is no secret.
This is ongoing. He never stopped. What criminal pervert computer hacker voyeur ever stops, unless he is forced to stop?
Even if his main intention is not to record children, he and his friends knowingly and consistently videotaped and audio taped numerous children, dressed and undressed, from newborns to 16 year olds, in their stupefying need to know the goings on of people's private lives.
This is two seconds of singing that was taken from a five minute conversation in which David Di Pietro and his buddies talk about a young woman they harassed and taped and then denied knowing. The hours of recordings that David Di Pietro and his friends made can be found elsewhere. They have been both saved and posted to many places. David Di Pietro has those recordings, as well.
Another well known pervert, watching girls in their bedrooms and bathrooms for at least two years before his arrest and here's an account of only one of the girls:
