We are Inertia, a 4-piece dirge rock/pink-noise band from South East London. Luke Tomkins is the vocalist/guitarist, Matt Jennings is the bassist, Toose Kreichgauer is the lead guitarist/noise artist and Dave Williams is the drummer extroadinaire-billen.

Story behind the song
Luke began writing a noise grunge song under the title "Blunt" and it seemed quite empty at the time, only including random screams every so often. Then something happened which triggered re-writing the song, and it became really heavy and a lot more abrasive and attacking. The now, spoken-word lyrics of the verse add to the distorted attack during the "Chorus". This also includes a line about one of Luke's best friends. The first verse is sarcastic, describing what a couple would not do in each other's presence on their own. The second verse describes feeling alone.
