Lyrics
Ninja skill, like Shredder,
With incredible speed,
I keep writing, like lightening,
But it's a ledgible read,
Soldering, cold hard facts,
Not what you're lead to believe,
Coz now the local blokes, broke,
Because of federal greed,
I'm a Theosophist,
With lots of scrip INVALID s,
I burn through sh-t like phosphorus,
Nos is not so quick,
Compared to the words, I rock, drop, & spit,
Listen, to ya system,
& what, a proper, Ocka, got to spit,
& I'll leave crowds more horny, then an aurnery rhinosarus,
I spring like the season,
To sing 'bout unreason,
Organizations, & occupations,
& everything that you believe in,
I rattle the birdcage,
Rappers are cattles in herds, mate,
So until I scadattle, I'll babble, fabulous wordplay,
You wanted a second opinion? We'll now you've got 3rd say,
I don't battle no rappers, It's like I've spat 'em an earthquake,
They're second best, at best,
& I'm expressing it, first-rate,
While the prices stay sky high,
Just like the crime & the birth rate.
Ninja skill, like Shredder,
With incredible speed,
I keep writing, like lightening,
But it's a ledgible read,
Soldering, cold hard facts,
Not what you're lead to believe,
Coz now the local blokes, broke,
Because of federal greed,
Ninja skill, like Shredder,
With incredible speed,
I keep writing, like lightening,
But it's a ledgible read,
Soldering, cold hard facts,
Not what you're lead to believe,
Coz now the local blokes, broke,
Because of federal greed,
I turn rappers, into ashes, like a crematorium,
I'm a real pro-writer, like I owned a pen emporium,
A man has many insights, the world has many more of 'em,
Vindictive hypocrites, man, I swear, I'm declarin', war on 'em,
Nature is the law of men,
Assurin' them, of destiny,
So I'll sacrifice my rights, & let the world have what's left of me,
Can't let it be, like next to me,
Is a perfectionist, on extascy,
& when needs turn to wants, then intentions die excessively,
Atomic microphonix,
When I bomb scrip INVALID s, with logic,
Hypnotic, symbolics,
Which we've once known, but forgot it,
These erotic, harmonics,
Are lodged inside this sonic, onix,
People impose this onus, on us,
& then impose their will upon us.
Ninja skill, like Shredder,
With incredible speed,
I keep writing, like lightening,
But it's a ledgible read,
Soldering, cold hard facts,
Not what you're lead to believe,
Coz now the local blokes, broke,
Because of federal greed,
Ninja skill, like Shredder,
With incredible speed,
I keep writing, like lightening,
But it's a ledgible read,
Soldering, cold hard facts,
Not these irrational needs,
Coz now the local blokes, broke,
Because of national greed,
Ninja skill, like Shredder,
With incredible speed,
I keep writing, like lightening,
But it's a ledgible read,
Soldering, cold hard facts,
Not what you have to believe,
Coz now the local blokes, broke,
From international greed.
Now THAT's a mouthful!! Vocal performances like this are never easy! But sounds like you're getting it! Two suggestions, if I may (though I'm certainly no expert!); Technically speaking, keep your recording input levels low (say an average of -12db if your peaks don't go over absolute 0db). After the mix is complete, use a limiter to match the output level to compare with other tracks like yours. "Limiting" (or "compression") will also take some practice. For better intelligibility, record piece more slowly, then modify speed in the mixdown (most DAWs allow for tempo changes without changing pitch). I'll recite a George Martin story for support... He recorded the piano for The Beatles tune "In My LIfe" at half speed, and in a lower register because, as he put it, he couldn't play it well enough at "normal" speed... Hhhmmm... Definitely an eye opener! I like what you have put together! It's full, without being "over-done." The main distractions are the digital "overs" in th
