Inspired by (I guess the most needfull inspiration one can get) life itself, I feel the urge to do whatever I can do. If I feel in jazzy mood... then I might play jazz, if I'm into a rough mood, I'd rather play metal... but mostly I'd like to do some kind of ambient-songs when I'm working solo. I've discovered I can make a large and broad style when I start it all out with ambient. I play a lot of Metal (I play with a few bands... all do Metal alike), but when I am on my own, I'd like to make something that can put people at ease, or take them away from the real world for a while. That's also the reason why I do Soundtrack-sounding music... I give a sketch of the story, and you fill in the plot... that how I like to work the best.

Story behind the song
Inspired by Praga Khan (with whom I had been on tour that same year as a drummer for their theater-feature, and a few festival-shows) I wanted to make a CD more techno-like. About that time I heard a quote from the movie "Robocop" in which he says "Dead or Alive, you're comming with me..." I knew this should be the title of a song sounding quite sleazy/nightlife...
