It's about the songs. I'm not so much a singer-songwriter as a songwriter-singer. I do not fit into a genre. The genre fits the song. They range from rock to country ditties, from standard lounge ballads to power pop, from blue-eyed r&b to country rock. I sing almost all the vocals and play almost all the music (mostly on keyboard) but, as I said, it's about the songs.

Lyrics
Heater She's only tender on the inside She's got a heart as sweet as a marshmallow As soft as a soft pillow As big as a weeping willow But when the day grows old And the night grows cold She burns hot as coal And I need her heater She ain't no delicate flower About as strong as a big ol' lumberjack Carries a heavy sack on her back She don't look back But when the day grows old And the night grows cold She burns hot as coal And I need her heater No, it's just not that she's so hot It's not just that she's so hot a lot It's just that all the hot that she's got All the hot that she's got comes from her ... heart I don't know what I'd do without her She makes me feel like I never did anything wrong Like I really do belong She even likes this song But when the day grows old And the night grows cold She burns hot as coal And I need her heater
