Lyrics
So Cold Copyright© 2010-2011 by Nadia Cripps (music, piano) and Gerry Callaghan (gerrybhoy) (lyrics, vocals) In the frosted window She writes his name In the cold of winter Her breath it does the same He could make it warmer By the calling of her name Winters are now colder They will never Be the same So cold and lonely Ever since She told him She did Break the spell Cold and lonely So cold and lonely Ever since She told him She did . . . . . When she wakens In the morning He's not by her side Restless dreams Of yesterdays And sweet caresses How she loves him! Oh! she loves him And it hurts her To remember She was warm Inside the spell From the frozen window The world still looks the same Lovers walking hand in hand And children playing games Soft the snow that's melting Gently on their face She breaths upon the window And she writes his name She writes his name Calls his name She calls his name So cold and lonely Ever since She told him She did Break the spell So cold and lonely Ever since she told him She did . . . . . Break the spell.
