enough said
more words for words alone

To lie on the page
spy on the age of tomorrow

but like Fred said
tomorrow will show
who will grow out like a tree
and who will flee

but like Fred said
if his name was here
he'd still be here
if his name was Ive
he'd still be alive

Fred is gone
departed so long
he still gets my letters
written by me
describing events
giving advice
asking his plans for the future

because, just like Fred
the thinks that he said
still fill my head
with memories.
