Story behind the song

There were two, okay maybe more, inspirations for this song. 
The first was from the movie "Under The Tuscan Sun". 
In a very emotional scene, a baby is born and is given to the light, a sort of natural baptism.
The second was from listening to some of the music of Ludovico Einaudi. 
I have only recently become a fan. I hope you enjoy the listen.
