eCsiLe is a musical artist with a love for lyricism and musical expression. After releasing his first solo album in 2011, and working on a project with his fellow AnchorMEN, he began work on a sophomore effort entitled "Painful Inhabitance." Before the project was released, eCsiLe largely disappeared from music. After a long arduous journey and what felt like 40 years in the wilderness, he is back. What exactly does that mean?
