Lyrics
What can I say about this life? This life is like a knife in the hands of your foes in the night. Can’t really trust life. You sleeping, dreaming, thinking, something is not right. But the fact that remains, and it’s messing with my brain. Myself, my name, I'm the cause to my pain. So the pain ends tonight. Need a hug and a friend tonight. What can I say about this madness? Lost trust turns into sadness. Love us then they abandon. When I trip and fall they’re laughing. Just there to talk, not to hear. They even talk a lot, in your ear. Friends they are not, they disappear. Fake they are caught, the enemy appears What can I say about this time? This time is like a rhyme that’s passing through my mind. Can’t really stop time. You hoping, thinking, you can rewind. And this war still the same, but there’s time for some change. Love is not a pain; it’s a hope that remains. But this war we still fight So this love we lose sight. What can I say about this world? Hoping one day I can raise a baby girl. Putting her to bed is an image in my head. Not providing bread, is a nightmare that I dread. Saying goodnight as I look into eye’s Half way to dawn I hear my baby girl crying. Then I woke up from the crying of my heart. Dreaming we’re together, awake we’re apart. What can I say about my friendships? My handful of friends are tremendous. Nothing less than a blessing. A hand they’re always lending. If we come to break, tomorrow and today. Problems we will shake, no matter what it takes. It just seems like fate, the friendships we have made. They don’t seem to fade, but we’re careful anyways. What can I say about my family? Love them because, they understand me. Love them because, they are rare. Love them because, they are there. Love them because, life is short. Love them because, they support. Love them because, God I trust. Love them because, just because. What can I say, since my birth? Moments of happiness, moments of hurt. Moments of crappiness, moments of worth. Many can relate that this earth gets worst. Never mind all about this “dark”… alright. Life is all about the loving heart… alright. Even when things come apart…alright You can always find another route. What can I say about this beat? I seek the baddest beat, then my words they get to meet. Rhyming in my room. Jamming to this rap tune. What I learn, and what I feel, what is right, what is real. What I won’t, what I will, so my soul gets to heal. Cause this world is not right. Just staring at the moon light. What can I say about my words? Many have spoken; I'm just trying to get turn. As my book of rhymes gets even thicker. Words come to mind, then to rhymes even quicker. Rhyme after rhyme, on this paper I write. Sign after sign, I’m reaching my prime. Line after line, I'm speaking my mind. Life after life, I'm hoping to find.
