Story behind the song
My co writer Shane Edwards and I were just dicussing various ideas. All of a sudden he said something like, ' Why do so many folks waste their love on people that are really just wasting their time?" And, it just took on a life of it's own from there. It took us several days of phone calls, editing, re arranging, etc, but the demo seemed to be a "hit" with those who have heard it.
