An amateur Songwriter/Musician a work in progress
I've played in a few cover bands, started off playing lead guitar ended up playing bass, drums and even keyboards a few times and although it was fun never had any great success. I'm now more of an amateur song writer and trying very hard to come up with some songs that might impress someone enough to want to record them.

Lyrics
This broken down Heart - words and music by Salterszo ?2011 1. Well the sun isn't rising, and the birds don't wanna sing My toast is cremated, and coffee don't taste of anything The orange taste like bitter lemon, now the tables set for one And the cat he's of sulking, the dog has got no bone c. Nothing in this life Works like it use to do Cos the only thing can fix this broken down heart Is you. 2. The morning paper is shredded, by the squirrel who lives in the tree The milk on my cereal, is like clotted cream and tastes funny And my socks don't seem to match, buttons missing off my shirt Bears the scars from the ironing, a little egg stain and some dirt 3. Well the pictures sit crooked, cobwebs hang collecting dust The door latch is now sticking, it's stiff from all the rust I'm missing a shoelace, got no comb for my hair Now the floorboards have started squeaking, so's that dam rocking chair
