Story behind the song
When I first heard Native Soil by Steve Duda, I really like the sound the he gave with the 3xOsc. I was also really wanting to making a chillout song or some type lounge song that people can sit down and relax to. Almost everything else came by accident. Things like the Plucked String riff and the little spooky sounding riff in the background. The title obvisously comes from The Matrix. I wanted it to kind of tell the story of The Matrix if Neo took the Blue Pill. He would probably be living a calm life (which is why the song is very calm), going to work sitting inside his crammed office space just programming. Thats about it.
