Hello - I'm Bobby Nichols. I'm a singer/songwriter/musician/performer. Right now I'm trying to hone my skills as a songwriter while trying to maintain everything else. I live in Northeastern Wisconsin because I was born and raised here. It gets cold in the winter, but not real hot in the summer. There is anything that can bite you and kill you, and there aren't really any natural disasters to speak of. It is my dream to make it into the fold and be able to make enough money from songwriting where I could live a decent life without starving. This way I could be successful and still be able to stay out of the tabloids.

Story behind the song
Janet suggested we write a song as tribute to Johny Cash. JC was my dad's hero, and I grew up listening to his music. Of course I was "all in" on the idea. This song is a tribute to my dad and to Johny Cash.
Lyrics
Need Some Cash ©Janet Green, Jodie Lee, Bobby Nichols Payday doesn't come too soon Workin’ half time since the first of June The bills are five feet high and rising and I'm Busted Happy hour down at Joe's Isn't all that happy anymore I'd like get away and forget all this And crank up some music that I really miss Chorus: Man I'm strapped, I need some Cash I wanna hear that man in black I'm gettin tired of tryin' to walk the line Hangin 'round this town makes me wanna cry, cry, cry Ain’t no use in tryin’ to understand this man. All I need right now is Cash He never backed down or quit tryin’ Got to where he was one piece at a time When he picked up his guitar, we could all sing along I heard that lonesome whistle blow And I rode Old 97 when she rolled I wanted to grow up to be just like him Wish I could go back to those days again Chorus It really doesn’t matter how much money you have It seems to me like everyone could use a little Cash Chorus
