Incredible instrumental piano music by Josh Brahm! He also records with guitar, bass and drums.
My name is Josh Brahm, I'm 21 and I've been playing music for 17 years. I play piano, guitars, bass and drums, so I usually record my music alone in my home studio. Most of my music is inspired by love and friendship, and the memories I have of growing up.

Story behind the song
I wrote this a little while after 9\11. I wanted to convey the sadness and tragedy of that day, but also the hope. The world was not over. The nation was brought together as we heard the heroic stories about the firemen and rescue workers, and were all given hope. So overall, the song is melancholy and sad. But there are hints of hope in it, too, honoring the heroes of 9\11. After I psoted this song in Soundclick, I got an email from a producer\director at Fox News in Cincinatti who wanted to use the song during the 1st year anniversary braodcasts. They evenutally used it as bumper music the whole day, plus as the music for a few tributes to the heroes.
