Story behind the song
The first year I got into MIDI / Piano roll screen composing I wrote 300 songs. They had general midi sounds assigned to them from a Soundblaster 16 in my Sony Vaio 166 mhz win NT with 64 MB of RAM.
It was so slow, ( how slow was it ? ) LOL that I couldn't run anything but my SB-16 card.
about a year later I got a Pentium 4 and I added Reason tones.
Much better. I also used Giga studio with mixed results and Mach-5 that never, I repeat never worked correctly.Mach-5 is Junk
