"Walk through fire till you shine" (Souljaa Saidul's Quote) Born in bangladesh - sylhet (august 5th, 1988) Raised in canada, toronto since july 10th, 1995 Souljaa Saidul along with one of his closest friend (Shaft) came up with the concept of having a group called Re-2uned! They both participate in the sharing of responsibilities in the group and in maintaining the status that they have gained over the time of making music. From 2006-2009 they were members in a band called Bengali Souljaaz. Bengali Souljaaz was born during the summer of 2006, and they brought the idea of starting modern music as they were admirable to the other groups out there that had mixed Bengali music with modern rapping. That was the summer, than Bengali Souljaaz was born. Two years passed and they have released their first demo album called "Tomorrow Awaits". A few months after the release of the demo album the band got separated due to personal reasons, just as all bands have problems when there is more than one person involved. But they decided not to give up seeing that they both love making music and it's a huge part of their life and interests, so instead they decided to make a group that was basically Souljaa Saidul and Shaft to continue the music. February 2009 Re-2uned was born. Souljaa Saidul the new and up coming rapper to hit the streets, brining a new mixture of music to the culture and the communities, grew day by day with his rapping skills and became the great composer he is now. He is a very hard working person who managed this group and made it all happen. Many people stood in his way, putting him down, but he always believed in himself, and had a passion for music to keep it going, he became unstoppable. Souljaa Saidul was interested in rapping years before Bengali Souljaaz or Re-2uned even was dreamt of being born. As he worked on his lyric skills and vocals he improved as the day passed by, now the skills he acknowledged is unimaginable. Souljaa Saidul first migrated to Canada with his family in the year of 1995. He came here not knowing a single word of English and struggling as he went along, but being the strong and intelligent person that he is, he quickly learned how to live the life on the streets. During the first year that he went to school (Secord Public School) he heard his first rap song, but being as he was new to this country, he didn't really understand what was being said in the songs. In 1999 he moved down a few blocks from where he used to live and attended a new school (Birch cliff Public School (“ Elementary). When he became a little older and learnt English well enough to know what music is about, he was interested in the beats of the music that was being played all around him. When he started to attend high school (Birchmount) a lot of different influences came along , Souljaa Saidul started listening to rap and R&B and learnt a whole new world and lifestyle of music that was very interesting to him. Ever since then, rap music has been everything to him, and has grown along with him in the sense that it became a part of his life. He began practicing at home with his microphone, recording a few tracks just to test out his voice and what needs to be worked on to improve his vocal skills, he then learnt many skills in the music world, and became better as everyday passed. It wasn't till the year of 2004, when he started to write his own lyrics and spit on the mic. Since then music became his life, and his flow began. In the year of 2005 he was a featured artist with CT productions, who had made a few scrap tracks and later on moved out to create a group for a greater share of the spotlight. Souljaa Saidul is the illest rapper at this point in time from all his improvement over the years, Re-2uned would have never existed if it didn't start off with a kid who came new to Canada and experienced a new world, and made it his own. Souljaa Saidul"s goal in life now is to have his name in every corner of the streets and for himself to be known wherever he goes in life, and looked upon for what he accomplished.
