All leases are Rent-to-Lease to include 6 $5 payments weekly which mandates use of intro and outro tags. Leases may be used for mixtape, club play, and promotional purposes. They may be used for radio and tv commercials. All exclusive rights instrumentals are Lease-to-Own to include a down payment of $100 followed by three payments of $50 bi-weekly or every two weeks. All wav and mp3 files will be dropboxed or emailed at the client's convenience. Remixes will match prices of exclusive rights. Mixing, and Mastering services available upon request. A mixdown is $75 per song and a master is $150 to include radio edit/explicit/accapellas. A service pack will be issued for all master packages. Contracts will bind all agreements. A payment must be made via paypal/western union/money pak/money gram prior to files being sent. No refunds or exchanges of beats. All clients are responsible for sample clearing with appropriate publishing or record labels. All referrals and those who refer clients receive 10% off of leases/exclusive rights.

All custom made beats require a $100 deposit before any labor is conducted.
