Soaring, swirling, loud, crashing, and spirited songs, designed to be cranked to 11 for your listening ecstasy.
Ladies and gentlemen, children of all ages, citizens of the Planet Earth. Sacre Coeur invites you to be part of a big, soaring sound in which you contribute vocals or other elements to the instrumental sonic "reactions" I post here. Send me your vocals mixed in with one of these tracks, and, if I like it, I'll re-post it here as a completed song. Or, alternatively, send me the vocals recorded flat sans music, and I'll try to mix them into something. Make no bones about it, Sacre Coeur has big, pretentious aims. This project wants to boldly burst onto the scene with pure earnestness and raw emotion to create a new sound that is at once beautiful, ugly, mysterious, passionate, other-worldly, perhaps a little naive, maybe a little spiritual at times. The main goal is to return the human heart to its sacred place in music. Sacre Coeur can be seen sporting a pre-Raphaelite attitude, but "painting" in all variety of texture, color, and media that this Post-Modern world has to offer on its aural canvas. The net effect of combining multiple sounds--some of which may seem jarring at first--is to make audio-illusions with them which bring to life entire new worlds where the heart feels itself beating as if it were really there, participating.

Story behind the song
Darker and more brooding, perhaps, than Reaction 1. Anyway, it ought to have three vocal choruses, two verses with vocals, and one instrumental verse with a guitar solo in it. There are also instrumental bridges linking the verses and the chrouses.
