Trash-pop, guitar rock and melodic miscellany.
Not so much a band as a bloke with a guitar and a laptop, The Smivets deliver a genre-bending blend of pop, rock, punk, prog and many other monosyllables.

Creative, deep and mysterious. Great choice of synths, moog, sequencer, guitar, a sound feast..., with psychedelic 70's feel.
Always impressing work !

Definitely an "out there in the darkness" kind of feel to this one, it has a strangeness and sense of mystery. Love the different sounds, they create the vision of flashes of light, comets and stars appearing from out of nowhere. Very atmospheric track, great stuff.

Creative excellence!
The atmosphere in this track is just plain wicked. The different overlapping textures and melodies are completely trippy. Really like the triplet theme that contrasts with the eighth note pulse. Very original!
