Lyrically and harmonially strong with diverse styles of song.
I write and record all my songs on an 8 track set up. I've got a small room now instead of using the kitchen although I do have to share the space with my daughter as the computers in the room too. I normally write around 4 am. I get woken up with some song banging in my head. It won't shut up till I write it all down. I write in various style from Rock through to Country. My main interest is to get a publishing deal. It would be great to get paid for doing something I love. I'm a member of the ISA - that's where I read about Soundclick, by the way. The ISA are great I'd recommend them to anyone. They're so helpful even if you're asking some really dumb question. I've dabbled in poetry and music for a large part of my life. I like to listen to all kinds of music. I would hate to be asked what my favourite song or artist is. Some days it's Mozart, some days Black Sabbath - the Ozzy version, mind -then another day maybe Eva cassidy.

Lyrics
It's not the end it's the beginning It's not the finish it's the start And when there seems no chance of winning You'll find the strength within your heart A sunny smile can hide all sorrow So why don't you give it a go You may feel better by tomorrow And not need to wear it for show. Chorus Sometimes the pieces don't quite fit But i'm sure you'll get over it You've got the courage I can tell. It's hard to be so brave and bold You can feel left out in the cold But I know you can break the spell I can tell. I wish I had a magic potion So I could mend your broken wings You could fly free from bad emotions And maybe find your soul can sing. The answer often can be hiding Just like the sun on a grey day But it don't take that much deciding That there must be a better way. Rpt Chorus,then:- There are still blessings in disguise If you just open your tired eyes It may just take you by surprise But there's hpe in the new sun's rise. Rpt. Chorus.
