One Person Band here - unless you consider a computer a "person". I used to be a "Real" Musician long ago - and played with a number of local Bands at the time. Now I'm content - and intrigued - with today's technology and it's possibilities. I still play Guitar and Keyboards - Mainly for Fun and enjoyment - AND the Narcissistic Self Gratification of my "Muse". Isn't Life Wonderful!? Also Enjoy Writing, Composing, Meeting other Folks - Same reasons - ;)

Story behind the song
This New Age piece consists of only two (2) tracks. They are Guitar and Piano - two instruments that I can play - although sometimes not very well. After recording, I doubled the tracks for depth. On the advice of a Dear Friend and fellow Artist - I decided to keep my music simple for awhile - without all the loops and bells and whistles that I have been known to "play with". In my humble opinion - music should sooth the soul, and not "Shake up your insides" - (Although I do like that kind of music too). But that's just me, and as a musician, I think my insides have been shaken once too many in my lifetime. So after fooling around with all the "toys" that came with ACID Pro7 - I think I am starting to settle into the genre that I feel most comfortable in. But that doesn't mean I won't try new things. Just have a feeling this is where God wants me to be right now. This song is both impressionistic and contemplative - thinking about the seasons past - and those yet to come. Spring is a wonderful time of year - full of anticipation and hope. Seems like only yesterday it was here - and now it's past. Hope you enjoy! -----David
