Story behind the song
This was more or less a knee-jerk reaction to Sarah Palin. After watching her speak at the RNC, I ended up with an intense hatred of the woman and everything she stood for. Not long afterwards, I got a pic in an e-mail from a friend depicting Palin in a bikini, holding an m-16, which inspired the title, "A Girl & Her Gun".
