Story behind the song
I'm proposing a concept album of sorts about a loser who made his revenge to his past bad events in his life. This song is a part when Johnny (the main character) got depressed from what his girlfriend's actions against him. You know. destroying his humanity, got left behind while he loved her so much.
Lyrics
Weird-Sounding Break-Up Song (Words by Francis Flores) (Music by Francis Flores, Janus Gregorio and Edu Triguero) Stagnant love affair Ends in separation I miss your caressing hair But I don’t miss your discrimination Nothing lies within Except your behavior ripping your soul You don’t know what’s in Your arrogance is near its toll Pre - Chorus: Follow me into my place So you can see what I’ve got So your prejudice will be slapped in your face What I am then is now what I’m not Chorus: You caused my nothingness You forgot my sacrifices You didn’t value my hardship To maintain this strange relationship You got your jealousy Covered with hypocrisy Apology too late To accept from this feeling of hate Room as prison Locked for days and nights Depression is the reason Why I locked myself for 30 nights The shame you left to me The blame to you from my suffering In front of your authority Embarrassment leads to leaving (Pre-Chorus) (Chorus) (Guitar solo) (Chorus)
