My name is Javier Alcalde. Arcanda is the name I use when I record my songs. Some years ago I had a band called like that and I even recorded an album for a local company. I have just recorded a self-produced album called "Esta es la noche" ("This is the night"). I like to sing in English and Spanish, and I love to use as many musical styles as possible. I think all kind of music styles are great, and I don't want just to do one. But for me it's essential that songs can send a powerful messages to everybody. I try to write lyrics that can make people reflect, and at the same time enjoy. And I want melodies that can conquer hearts, and at the same time good arrangements that make great songs. I don't know if I can really get it, it's up to you to tell me that. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this. You can find me too on www.arcanda.com and www.myspace.com/arcanda

Lyrics
She is so delicious. She is so ambitious. And she is not afraid to let her feelings show, and she is not afraid to change her mind. And I met her in a crazy fancy-dress party. She introduced herself and offered me a wine, she kissed my lips and said: "There is no one at home tonight". CHORUS What she sees is what she wants. What she wants is what she gets. And over and over again we made love on her bed. And over and over again she laughed, she cried, she laughed, she cried. And then she played on her piano an old waltz by Beethoven. She told me to be her lover and talked about her husband: he was a millionaire and a fucking boring man. And when this story ended up I had only a lot of memories of that funky body moving over me, she said: "I'm so sorry, but I don't wanna see you here". CHORUS
