Story behind the song
After 3 days in Glasonbury, a late night stroll along the river Liffey inspired this one. In that same moment a good friend began two years of Peace Corps service in Tanzania. Thanks to Peas & all the great musicians who played on the track!
Lyrics
She Nine times around the ring stones Nine times the words were spoken Invocation of Sovereignty Their spell of oppression broken Hmmm, Hmmm, Hmmm, Hmmm Three days into her mysteries Three days the fast unbroken Moon high in the autumn sky The spirit of Maebh awoken She is rising She is touching ground She was lost She is found (suggested chant) My body, my property My body, my Sovereignty Eight spokes upon the great wheel Eight times the doors are open Now, then and for all time The circle remains unbroken
