Story behind the song
Spring 2001. My Nephew Bryan and I recorded this one once when he came to visit. It is based on an acoustic guitar progression I had already developed. Bryan laid down the lead and bass. He had gone to see Jay Mascis the night before and I think his solo stuff here, which he did in about an hour, shows that influence. Lyrics were to be added, but I lost interest. This version is newly remixed for a much less grating guitar sound than the original version.
