Story behind the song
Second Track. All the beds (main drum patterns and keyboards) for these tracks were made during a period of almost-homelessness - lets call it a fluid-residency period, for want of a real term. It lasted for about 5 months and involved 3 addresses, the last one I now call home. The bass and extra drums and keyboards were added in a period of about a month and a half and were finally mixed down about two weeks ago today (28-01-06). I hope the lessons I learnt in the production (a few ideas thrown to me by the illustrious Mick Harris/Scorn helped a great deal) of this album are apparent and I hope you appreciate the change. I know I do.
