Story behind the song
My senior year in high school, my ex girl and I made love and it was her first time. I hurt her during and so she ain't wanna do it for awhile and she told her mom so her mom had her stay away from me and would not let her call or except calls from me and all the teachers kept an eye on us and after a month I got frustrated and mad and started getting crazy drinking and smoking (don't do that no more). Well with all that frustration and maddness and the absence of the love we shared, I grew tired and got attention from other girls that were much older than me. Wow what a fake id in NYC will get you. I know better now. But my dawg Poison from over seas "Amsterdam" hit me with this track and the words 4 minutes and 32 seconds came to mind. She said those words to me on her break when I went to see her at her job. I messed up big time with her. We was like Gina and Martin. If she ever hears this I hope she knows how sorry I am.
