Hello! I'm very glad you stopped in to listen and visit. :) The message I carry is simply this...Jesus loves you and I do too. Hope you enjoy what you hear, and get a blessing from the music, as God does not give His people gifts to just set them upon the shelf, and never be used. I'm only as good as the Lord helps me to be, and I'm thankful for the blessings He has bestowed upon me. I'm NOT perfect, never claimed to be; but on the other hand, I have a message to minister in song, and I do that to the best of my ability. I fully realize there are many songs I demo here that don't fit my style/voice, but I can't run out and get a singer that fits everytime I write a song. :) What I write or cover comes from the heart. I've endured many hard trials in my life, and each one has, in one way or the other made its way into a song that others can relate to. All of my songs except for noted exceptions are free downloads. I'm not a professional by any means, nor am I interested in becoming one; and so the music is given away just as freely as the message was given to me. Story behind the song
Christmas is a time of year to think about loved ones, but most importantly, the birth of our Lord. What an honor it must have been for the Magi to see the Christ and present Him with gifts. What an honor it must have been for Mary to have been chosen to bear the Son of God....even though she stood to lose everything, but the Lord took care of all that when He sent His Angel to speak to Joseph.....

Written by Tammy Swindell (c) 12/05 The story of Jesus was on this wise, Mary was espoused to Joseph; When she was found with a child Of the Holy Ghost. Now, Joseph was troubled, knew not what to do, Many thoughts were running through his head. The Angel of the Lord came that night; And to him, he said: 1st Chorus "Fear not Joseph, take Mary as your wife, For the Child was sent by Me. You'll call Him Jesus when He is born, And a Savior, He shall be; And a Savior, He shall be. Joseph and Mary went to Bethlehem; The trip on her was very hard. No room at the inn, so they stayed in a barn; Which was marked, by a Star. When Jesus was born, He was wrapped in swaddling clothes; And He slept in a manger on the hay. These were humble beginnings for a Mighty King; But, meant to be this way. 2nd Chorus Three Wise Men bowed before the Child, And they brought Him many things. Gifts and Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh, For they came to honor the King, For they came to honor the King.
