Ballard recorded on a Fostex 4 track tape machine back in 1992 using a 1977 Fender Strat and Alesis Quadreverb. The Drums were created with a QY10 composer, the 4 guitar parts were done using the strat.

This was a solo project/Demo created in 1991/2. Just thought it would be fun to see what happens to it on here.

Story behind the song
Dying quietly Ballard: The motivation came from loosing someone very close and the thought of dieing alone without anyone to say goodbye to. Life is like a ticking clock, without anyone there to wind it, it will stop.
Lyrics
The haunting Guitar solo speaks for me, give it a listen and you'll hear for yourself. There is a long intro so give it a chance. This is probably the most inspired piece I've ever done to date and purely driven by emotion, shame about the mix but I never claimed to be a sound engineer.
