I'm a 19-year-old student, studying Journalism and Radio Production at Chester University (Warrington campus). I recorded a couple of tracks for my Music Tech A-level last year which I've uploaded. One day I'll start writing/recording again and the stuff will be up here!

Story behind the song
Inspired in part by playing lead guitar in a production of Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds. Also influenced by David Gilmour of Pink Floyd. Backing track composed using MicroLogic, recorded thru a Korg synth, streo guitar added as well as vocal sound effects (microphone thru effects unit). I basically tried to paint a picture of a Martian landscape.

none, although if you listen carefully you may be able to hear one of my A-level colleagues asking if I'd finished with the recording desk - I got him to speak into the microphone as he was saying it and it was sufficiently distorted as to be almost (but not quite) indistinguishable!
