An experiment in symphonic composition, this was the very first piece I wrote from scratch and keyed into a sequencer track by track. Circa late 90's.

Story behind the song
The string layers at 1:10 abruptly stopped because I hit the 64 polyphony limit of the tone generator. The final notes clocked in at 62 polyphony; I know because I watching the counter nervously. Upon listening to the recording, I decided to leave it as-is. The waltz section was more of a "let's see if I can compose a 3/4 time piece". While simplistic, I felt it added to the overall feel of the piece and left it in.
