Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something. Story behind the song
The lyrics are about travel fatigue, and the troubling state of the world today. Sometimes, you just want to be comfortable back in your own familiar place. Once again, I've used my 1st. generation, Yamaha Revstar RE420 and my trusty Rickenbacker 4003 bass through a Line 6 Pod Go for all the guitar sounds on this song. I recorded it on a Zoom R-24 digital recorder. All mixing and mastering was done in Adobe Audition (1.5) on my PC...still running Windows 10 !

Lots going on here David. Always enjoy your guitar work. Relatable lyrics. Vocals strong and like your backing vocals. And only an English man could sing about tee time in wonderland. Good work.

This is really nice, David! Great guitar work and the vocal harmonies are super. The lyrics are absolutely relateable - who wants to travel in these disturbing times? Home is where the heart is, for sure. These days, some of the world leaders seem to have no heart at all..

great song David, lots going on and it's all good! Dig the lyrics and all the harmonies and vocals - guitars are great (as expected!) love the melody and it's def a very cool piece of power pop! Excellent work!
