singer/songwriter/guitarist/solo act. Seamlessly melding country, blues, and folk
Jamey Darnold is a singer/songwriter/guitarist/ solo act originally from the banks of the Mississippi river town of Burlington, Ia. True story. Well it is too familiar. Nice work. The stucture of two choruses is a different take. I like what you have done vocals spot on. And yes we are all numbers to the companies. Companies complain about no loyalty in the work force. The days of working for one company and people above profits are long gone. Throw away society.

Brilliantly written song - it conveys the sadness of these situations in such a soulful and heartfelt way. The emotion you achieve in the lyrics is very moving, and the melody has that bitter-sweet sentiment that stays with you long after the song has stopped playing. Superb song that reflects not only war, but any traumatic situation.
