Beginning on April 1, the federal government's "four and four" regulation will result in the expulsion of thousands of temporary foreign workers. Foreign workers who have been in Canada for four years must not only leave, but can not return to Canada for at least four more years. It is estimated that up to 60,000 foreign workers will be expelled this year alone.
