Story behind the song
From the Song of Solomon 2:1-5. This passage is a short piece of an ancient Israelite song of love between a man and a woman. Through this passage , marriage has been interpreted by some to be an image of the love between God and His people. My take on it is the intimate relationship between Christ and the individual born-again believer.
