Raw material is more of a project than it is a band. It consists of friends who show up to the Wretch Recording Laboratory and jam. We lay down some tracks and if we like the results we lay down more tracks until it sounds halfway decent.
Lots of times, Raw Material is just myself recording one track at a time.
My major interest would be to get a project together to play the "backyard barbecue" circuit. Classic rock, blues, maybe some original songs. Show up at 11:00 A.M. to set up, play from 1:00-4 or 5:00 P.M., have a beer and a burger, pack up and be home by 7:00.
Interested? Let me know!

Brilliant stuff! I've got a squeaky floorboard in my studio that will go with your squeaky chair, lol. Love the vocal delivery and the style of the song, thoroughly enjoyed it!

Nice bluesy touch, great slide playing. The simple chord progression fits well into the folk tradition, but then again, it could be a song by the White Stripes :)
I truly enjoyed this, love all the soundeffects, they add the sugar... great piece!

One of the stand-out tracks of the night for me Frankie - absolutely fantastic sound! The guitar is gritty and filthy as hell, your vocal is unreal - Seasick Steve meets James Hetfield (what?!) - and the overall groove is pure class. This is a hit, I need to keep this one.

What a sensational southern sound....I digged into this one from the begin on!! The powerful breaks, an absolute highlight of this track!! And then all those "real sounds" like the bell and that squeaky chair...what a fantastic track!! GREAT!
Cheers.
