I grew up by the ocean and can't live without it. I need palm trees and sand between my toes. I need that ocean breeze and the smell of salt air. My latest CD, my 3rd, is about the things I love and me getting back to my musical roots. My last CD was written with Cap't Ron T. Smith and two of my favorite songs with his lyrics are included on "I Got it Made!".

Story behind the song
The story of a man and his wife who he calls "baby". They have never been very far away from their little home town in Georgia and he longs to see the seashore and walk the cool white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. He always thought his wife "baby" was a straight laced church going girl until she surprised him and told him she wanted to go to Key West and dance "neekid in the sand with a drink in her hand" She also want to go to "Meeting Of The Minds" the largest Parrothead convention in the world held in Key West every November.

Well, me and baby's never been south of Georgia. Salt water, sand dunes ands palm trees are still a mystery to me. And I've never seen a sea gull on the gulf of mexico, or wore flip-flops on the shores of the great Atlantic sea. Now baby, shes been a good wife, and I've treated her like a queen. She never wanted jewell's or diamond rings just a front load washing machine. So I loaded up the truck and carried her to Sears, put a credit card her hand. You should'a seen the look on my face when she said: "you just don't understand!" Said I wanna go to Key Wesy Florida, and do the Duval crawl. Dance nekid in the sand witha drink my hand, lord I'm gonna have a ball. I wanna go to Meeting Of The Minds, I wanna see that fantasy fest. I wanna meet Jimmy Buffett, I wanna meet Leo Dean.
