Sometimes we just need a little time (with each other). Can I just get a minute of your time?

A wonderful blend of smooth jazz, funk, dance and world music centralized through the piano, acoustic guitar and the occasional synth lead..
ALL of the compositions you hear here start with one simple truth - without God, I could do nothing but because of HIM, all this is possible! Each and every effort is a serenade to Him, as I owe Him every song. Over the years, I've learned new things about song composition and have always been willing to push the boundaries of sound. I was trained as a musician and recording engineer as a child, learning to put together melodies when I was only 7 years old. This was at the height of jazz fusion where lead instrumental improvisation was king. Although I was trained early on to read and write sheet music, this improvisation has shaped my writing. Now, I write from my heart. The songs represented here are the culmination of my ventures. Each new song is a lesson in itself as I am a never ending student of music, sound and the new and emerging recording processes. As you listen, keep in mind these are my intimate conversations with God. My conversations are sometimes upbeat, sometimes somber, but never boring. In all, I share these songs so that you may enjoy the music.

Story behind the song
The title comes from our busy pace of life. We often don't get to stop and take a minute for those REALLY important things in life. Here's a plea for intimacy.

Someone commented and used the phrase "Delicious to the ears" that's exactly what this is. This song gave me goosebumps. It pulls u in so much the longer it goes...I can play this over and over all day. This is what we call "beautiful" music. So talented and I am ashamed I am just now coming across ur music! U are amazing!

that guitar is amazing, did you play that or someone else or what? Bass is great too. You are a true pro man, so luck to have met you! It is crazy you don't have a million listens like many lesser artists on here do.

This one reminds me of one of your earlier work.. Tight and nice groove with dry guitar-sound. It has that unmistakebal Arlen's touch to it. You are the groovemaster! No doubt about it.

Wise sages throughout the ages declared that “music produces a kind of pleasure which human nature cannot do without”. Your music is what they meant. Outstanding acoustic guitar work; premier arrangement.

This tune remind of traveling music. Just riding down the highway and not a care in the world. Great guitar solo work done on this piece , you keep that up you will have to play live again. I like the way you move parts in and out. You have good producer skills.
