I don't believe I know the original, but this sounds to me like a folk spiritual. It has a rather Grapes of Wrath feel. Great song!!

This is great, I much prefer your version of this song, it has a lot more soul and emotion to it. Production sounds very good, and your vocals (as always) are first class.

hey man i like this alot! Cool version...i like your interpretation. You have cleaned up your guitar quite a bit. New gear? Signature vox but you have moved out of the "stadium sound" and into a club..lol. Good live feel and a song well done!
