Story behind the song
This song started out us freestyling in the garage a while back. Then J started humming Amazing grace in the background in between me spittin. I stopped what I was doin gave her a mic and told her to switch it up a bit! It sounded dope!
A few weeks later we laid down her vocals & my first few verses. Most of my lyrics were written down before I got to the studio, but the rest came through a freestyle flow. It was like they were on my chest and I just spit them out!!
And the rest is history!
