Written back in 1984 by myself and Wolverhampton friend Myroslav Stebiwka when todays celebrateions were but a dream. I had the honour of singing this to Mr Shukhevych himself in Ukrainian when he visited the Ukrainian club in London. I feel it fitting for today's celebrations, as thanks to independence, now he is a Hero of Ukraine officially. An old reminder of what Ukraine now has independence from.
